Suddenly I Became the Late Michael Jackson's Fanatic Fan

On 25 March 2011, I have Public Speaking Presentation that carries assessment mark of 40%.. It was my second presentation actually. I will not going to write or comment regarding my first public speaking. It just very dumb. That's it!!

Below is my Public Speaking text.. the title is "Evolution of The late Michael Jackson's Face".
frankly speaking, I am NOT FANATIC fan of MJ, but I do like his songs..

I bet every one of you have listened to these wonderful songs. Billie Jean, Black Or White, Beat It, You Are Not Alone, and The Way You Make Me Feel. These are the biggest of those hits of MJ songs.

Michael Joseph Jackson was an American recording artist, dancer, singer-songwriter, musician, and philanthropist. Referred to as the King of Pop, Jackson is recognized as the most successful entertainer of all time by Guinness World Records. His contribution to music, dance, and fashion, along with a much-publicized personal life, made him a global figure in popular culture for over four decades.

Good Morning. I am one of the biggest Michael Jackson’s fanatic fans, and I love all of his songs and follow his story of life. I also have done some research about him for this speech. So, because of that, today I would like to inform you my speech, entitle “the evolution of Michael Jackson’s face”.

I will be discussing on the story behind MJ’s face when he was in childhood stage, teenage stage and adult stage. (Let’s we begin with MJ when he was childhood stage)

MJ was born a cute African-American guy and very talented on August 29, 1958. . Michael Jackson when he was a young boy. He used to dance to the beat of the washing machine, and so his Mother Katherine knew he was a gifted dancer . Michael began his musical career at the age of 5 as the lead singer of the Jackson 5 who formed in 1964. he stood out for his incredible dance moves and his high-pitched voice. From these early days Michael would be at the same clubs as big talented stars of there days, such as Jackie Wilson and would be learning from them even back then. Despite the current, sad stories about his lonely, sad childhood, Mike grew up surrounded by famous people and an adoring public .

By age 11, Mike was a Superstar.Michael Jackson poses for a studio portrait in March 1971. His doe eyes, cherubic face and sweet voice made him the object of many an adolescent crush. At age 13 he went solo and had his first 1 hit at 14 with "Ben" (a touching love song to a rat). Who knew he’d get addicted to plastic surgery, face accusations of child molestation and end up America’s Most Famous Sideshow?

(My next point when MJ in teenage stage)

Michael Jackson has decided he’s finally done with childhood.

Since he turned 20 in 1978, Jackson, who rose to fame as the pre-teen lead singer of the Jackson Five and rocketed to unprecedented solo stardom, has incessantly whined about not having a childhood. “I never had a chance to be a kid,” Jackson has said. “I always had to work. I wanted to play with the other kids, but I couldn't because I was working. I used to cry all the time.”

Mike gets his nose slightly narrowed and his eyebrows shaped. This was his "Thriller" Era and he was smokin'. People did notice this facial change and commented on it - guys just didn't do this back then. Some in the Black community made comments about him having a problem with his African-American looks and making his nose more "White". He was cute as hell, though. He gave coherent interviews. He didn't wear a face mask in public. He smiled a big, infectious smile. He was humble and grateful for his fame and his fans' appreciation. He made hit after hit, celebrated music videos one after another, sealed obscenely huge record sales and contracts. He had unprecedented $ponsorship deals with Pepsi, and LA Gear Sportwear. People stood in line at 1AM to purchase "Thriller" when it came out, even though the store didn't open until 9 AM.

(Finally, what was happen when MJ in his Adult stage)

Jackson's skin was a medium-brown color throughout his youth, but, starting in the mid 1980s, his skin gradually grew more pale through what was widely considered to be skin bleaching and changing of his features to appear European. The structure of his face changed too; several surgeons speculated that he had undergone multiple nasal surgeries, a forehead lift, thinned lips and a cheekbone surgery. According to biographer, Jackson had his first rhinoplasty after breaking his nose during a complex dance routine in 1979. However, the surgery was not a complete success, and he complained of breathing difficulties that would affect his career.

These changes gained widespread media coverage. in 1986, Jackson was diagnosed with vitiligo and lupus; the vitiligo partially lightened his skin, and the lupus was in remission; both illnesses made him sensitive to sunlight, which could have caused his lupus condition to recur. The treatments he used for his condition further lightened his skin tone, and with the application of pancake makeup to even out his skin tone, he could appear very pale. In February 1993, Jackson gave an unusually candid ninety-minute interview with Oprah Winfrey, his first televised interview since 1979. During this interview, he dismissed suggestions that he bleached his skin, declaring publicly for the first time that he suffered from vitiligo and that he used heavy makeup to even out his complexion. The interview was watched by 62 million Americans.

Before I end my speech, the story behind the evolution of Michael Jackson’s face when he was in childhood stage, teenager stage and adult stage have show us Controversy and unconventional lifestyle characterized more than half of his lifetime, but his extraordinary dance skills and singing talent elevated him to heights undreamt of.

He was equally adored and ridiculed like no one else. Unfortunately, Michael Jackson passed away shockingly at the age of 50, on June 25, 2009, but his legacy goes beyond ordinary obituaries, exceeding the limits of human perception.

p/s: the speech should be around 7-8 minutes, guess what??
I talked nonsense for about 9 minutes and 35 seconds!! what a "good" job..
